Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
- Create detailed documentation including flowcharts, user stories, and business requirements documents
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and business impact
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear data visualizations and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in process modeling (BPMN, UML)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
