Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to identify business needs and document detailed requirements.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the implementation of new software systems.
- Prepare clear and concise presentation materials and status reports for executive leadership.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to the project team.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and business processes.
