The Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis of business processes, gather and document requirements, and facilitate the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional requirements.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and market research to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Validate system functionality and provide detailed test plans and test scripts for UAT.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with SDLC methodologies, specifically Agile and Scrum.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and mentoring junior analysts.
