Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Design and maintain comprehensive business process models, flowcharts, and use cases using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or UML.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for software developers and engineering teams.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and desired future states.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product Management, QA) to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope and timeline.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions, analyze feedback, and coordinate user training to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to communicate project status and business value to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting, plus experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
