Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Facilitate JIRA/Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment between technical and business teams
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations
- Support UAT testing and documentation of new system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with requirement documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
