Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flow diagrams, data models, and user stories to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and document feedback for iterative improvements
- Support project teams by preparing clear documentation including BRDs, SRS, and change requests
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SQL for data extraction
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments
