As a Business Analyst, you will:
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and pain points.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and wireframes to visualize system improvements.
- Collaborate with the development and quality assurance teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze existing business processes to recommend data-driven strategies for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable components.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
