Responsibilities
- Data Gathering & Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and process flows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Recent graduates welcome).
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus but not required.
