Responsibilities
- Gather and Analyze Requirements: Work with stakeholders to identify business needs, document process flows, and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Assist in collecting and analyzing data from various sources to generate actionable insights and performance reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and suggest solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation including user stories, business process diagrams (BPMN), and requirement specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication of project goals and updates.
- Project Support: Support project managers in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Testing & QA: Assist in the testing phase to ensure implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw logical conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to small groups.
