Responsibilities
- Assist in Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with senior analysts to interview stakeholders and gather detailed business requirements for new projects and system implementations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation, including user stories, process maps, and functional requirements specifications.
- Support Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and contribute to the development of streamlined workflows and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Project Support: Assist project managers in tracking project milestones, maintaining schedules, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to deconstruct problems and think critically about data-driven solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus but not required.
