Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with the team to create clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Participate in requirements gathering meetings and facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and document current state workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new analytical tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw logical conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn SQL or other data tools during training.
