Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process flow diagrams and documentation (BPMN) to visualize current and future state processes.
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Support UAT: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure implemented solutions meet business requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including user stories, test cases, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools is preferred.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and data handling.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork abilities.
