- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Use Cases, User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
- Assist in data modeling and the creation of reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to ensure solution alignment.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in business workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
