Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather requirements across sales, marketing, and product teams
- Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation to guide development teams
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMP) preferred
