- Organize and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items.
- Support the senior management team with administrative tasks and research.
- Track project milestones and report progress to leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
