Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers with scheduling, documentation, and milestone tracking using tools like Asana and Microsoft Project
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project communication channels
- Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation under supervision
- Support risk identification and mitigation processes for assigned projects
- Generate progress reports and dashboards for stakeholder presentations
- Facilitate vendor communications and procurement documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) as a Scrum Master assistant
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of project management principles or willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional site visits if applicable)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (students and recent graduates encouraged)
