Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project initiatives from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Track project milestones, progress, and budget utilization using project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Coordinate resources and schedules to ensure team productivity and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and templates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
