Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources using JIRA and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings with cross-functional teams
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status to stakeholders through weekly reports and dashboards
- Assist in creating project documentation including charters, plans, and post-mortems
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into actionable tasks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, or CAPM) preferred
