Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources using Asana/Jira
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews with development teams
- Track project risks and escalate blockers to senior leadership
- Document project artifacts: scope documents, meeting minutes, and status reports
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA to ensure quality delivery
- Support budget tracking and vendor management activities
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments
- Certification in PM fundamentals (PMP/CAPM) preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
