Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using Jira and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with development teams
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using Asana
- Prepare status reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Coordinate vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to multitask
