Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Track project milestones using Jira and Asana while maintaining accurate documentation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions with development teams
- Compile status reports for stakeholders highlighting progress, risks, and budget adherence
- Coordinate cross-functional communications between engineering, design, and QA teams
- Support change management processes and implement corrective actions when needed
- Participate in post-project reviews to document lessons learned and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination, internship, or assistant PM experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
