Responsibilities
- Support project lifecycle planning, execution, and monitoring using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Track project milestones using Jira and Asana while maintaining accurate documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and product teams to resolve blockers
- Generate status reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years project coordination or internship experience
- Fundamental knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar project tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- PMI CAPM certification preferred
