Responsibilities
- Support project lifecycle management through initiation, planning, execution, and closure phases
- Coordinate cross-functional teams using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Track project milestones, risks, and resource allocation using Gantt charts
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through weekly status reports and meetings
- Assist with budget tracking and variance analysis
- Document project artifacts including charters, plans, and post-mortems
- Participate in continuous improvement of project management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
