Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) to ensure project alignment.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and budget utilization using project management software.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify potential risks and issues early, proposing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Facilitate team meetings, ensuring clear communication and action item follow-up.
- Manage project documentation, including scope, requirements, and meeting minutes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Monday).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- High school diploma or GED required; some experience in an administrative or support role is preferred but not mandatory.
