Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects from initiation to closure.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between team members, clients, and management, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and risk logs.
- Resource Management: Help identify resource needs and ensure team members have the tools and support required to succeed.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions to keep projects on track.
- Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and lead regular project status meetings to track progress and align team goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Experience: No prior project management experience required; we are looking for recent graduates or career switchers.
