Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects of varying scopes and sizes.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using project management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders effectively and professionally.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, meeting notes, and project management logs.
- Identify potential roadblocks and propose proactive solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Facilitate team meetings and coordinate resources as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and a willingness to learn project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn agile and scrum methodologies.
