Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and status reports using project management tools.
- Facilitate communication between departments to resolve blockers and keep initiatives on track.
- Support the PMO in reporting metrics and analyzing project performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
