Responsibilities
- Assist in Project Planning: Help create project timelines, schedules, and roadmaps under the guidance of senior managers.
- Track Deliverables: Monitor project milestones and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for team updates, communicating progress to stakeholders effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Resource Coordination: Assist in allocating resources and scheduling meetings to keep the team aligned.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and data analysis to support project strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
