Responsibilities
- Assist in Project Planning: Support the development of project scopes, timelines, and budgets for new initiatives.
- Coordinate Team Activities: Schedule meetings, track action items, and facilitate communication between departments.
- Track Progress: Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Create clear and concise reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain project files, meeting notes, and process documentation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions proactively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
