Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, executing, and monitoring of small to medium-sized projects from initiation to closure.
- Team Leadership: Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals and deadlines.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, using tools like MS Project or Asana to track progress and identify potential delays.
- Resource Allocation: Help manage project budgets and resources efficiently to ensure optimal performance.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and collaborate with leadership to develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including status reports, meeting minutes, and stakeholder updates.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of internal project management processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related roles.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Local: Must be willing to work from our San Antonio office or hybrid model.
