Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist project managers in creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing project documentation.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for team updates, facilitating clear and consistent communication between stakeholders and the project team.
- Resource Management: Monitor resource allocation to ensure the team has the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly status reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows and enhance team efficiency.
- Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospective meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or project support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Adaptability: A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
