Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level leadership to identify emerging trends in AGI, NLP, and robotics, and translate them into actionable technical milestones.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement fault-tolerant, distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing with low latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and protocols for responsible AI usage, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Pilot New Technologies: Prototype and test cutting-edge frameworks (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) to prepare infrastructure for future deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current capabilities and plan for technological evolution over a 2-3 year horizon.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
