Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core products.
- Architect scalable, cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and AWS.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, performance, and high availability at scale.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to propose innovative solutions for future challenges.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, Go, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
