- Build financial models and ROI projections for future-tech initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/VR/blockchain)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
