Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-forward solutions
- Present technology impact assessments to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Define KPIs for technology adoption success and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership content on future tech disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex tech concepts
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance long-term vision with near-term execution
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy) a plus
