- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business units
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage metrics
- Present strategic briefings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech disruptions with 80%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
