- Architect strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Facilitate cross-divisional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Develop competitive analysis frameworks for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Manage portfolio of 15-20 emerging technology initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and market disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Experience managing $50M+ technology portfolios
