Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the 2026 fiscal cycle and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to forecast their impact on our business model.
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to prepare the workforce for future skill requirements.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward long-term strategic goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential disruption risks in the next two years.
- Present visionary strategies to stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of leading successful organizational transformations and forecasting long-term market shifts.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of the global economic landscape and future of work trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
