Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to deliver high-quality results on time and within fiscal constraints.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.
- Implement and maintain rigorous project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular status reporting and performance reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure team members have the tools and support needed to succeed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the government, consulting, or technical sectors.
- Proven experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and high-profile stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to executive leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
