Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain and update project documentation and process flows.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Perform basic data entry and data validation tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new software and analytical tools quickly.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn from feedback.
- Reliable transportation is required for this on-site role.
