Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering Requirements: Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Process Mapping: Create and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Documentation: Write clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs) and user stories.
- Support Implementation: Assist the IT team in testing software solutions and documenting bugs or issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required; SQL or Tableau is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attitude: Highly motivated to learn, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
