Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily project tasks and milestones.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Track project progress using tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports and meeting notes.
- Identify potential risks and communicate them to senior management promptly.
- Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Support the PMO in maintaining organizational standards and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new project management methodologies.
