Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of project milestones and deliverables under the guidance of senior managers.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Track project budgets and resource allocation to identify potential variances early.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project proposals and strategic initiatives.
- Support the team in resolving day-to-day operational issues and blockers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior project management experience required; however, internship experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
