Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics using tools like Asana or Jira.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
- Identify potential roadblocks and proactively propose solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Facilitate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to obtain PMP certification or equivalent training within 2 years.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
