Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to provide project updates and status reports.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and risk registers.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research to gather requirements and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Resource Management: Help track project resources and identify potential bottlenecks early.
- Event Coordination: Support the organization of internal team meetings and client-facing presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior professional project management experience required; however, internship or academic project experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
- Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
