Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Horizon: Develop and communicate a comprehensive long-term technology roadmap that aligns with the company's vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead AI & Machine Learning Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced AI models into our core products, ensuring scalability, ethics, and performance.
- Quantum Readiness: Assess and advise on quantum computing technologies to prepare our systems for the post-quantum era.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends (e.g., neuro-interfaces, blockchain 3.0) and pilot them within controlled environments.
- Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate high-level tech trends into actionable development strategies.
- Talent & Culture Building: Recruit and mentor a world-class engineering team capable of executing on futuristic technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale technology transformations or defining product roadmaps for at least 5 years.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Forward-thinking mindset with a specific interest in the technological trends expected to mature by 2026.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast market shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
