Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Validate system changes through testing and quality assurance protocols
- Support system implementations and provide post-launch support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Experience with process mapping and requirements documentation
