Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements and process flows
- Create detailed dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop test scenarios and validate system changes against business requirements
- Maintain and update process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional written communication for documenting complex processes
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision
