Join DataDrive Solutions as a Night Shift Business Analyst and transform raw data into strategic insights that drive our client's growth. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills while working during our overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, document requirements, and deliver actionable recommendations. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
- Document detailed requirements and process flows using UML diagrams
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews to gather and translate business needs
- Create comprehensive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
