Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions during night shift hours
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities using SQL, Tableau, and JIRA
- Develop comprehensive BRDs, UML diagrams, and user stories for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement data-driven solutions with measurable ROI
- Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems for real-time decision support
- Conduct UAT testing and coordinate solution deployment during off-peak hours
- Maintain detailed documentation and process maps for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst with night shift or remote work exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile/Scrum certification
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies and requirement documentation standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work independently during night hours
- Strong written communication for producing clear technical documentation
- Familiarity with healthcare or financial services industries (highly desirable)
